The following conditions related to returns of our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal: as consumer and user you will have a period of seven working days to exercise the right of withdrawal. The term will be computed from the reception of the property object of the contract or from the celebration of it if the object of the contract was the provision of services.

You can prove the nature, the characteristics of the goods as you would in a commercial establishment. The return costs in case of withdrawal must be assumed by you. The exercise of the right of withdrawal gives rise to the reimbursement of the sums paid by the consumer within a maximum period of 30 days from the exercise of this right. Total Satisfaction Guarantee
REISER3 offers an additional guarantee to the User called "Total Satisfaction Guarantee", on the basis of which, the User has the possibility of returning the different units purchased from a product if, upon proving a product unit, it is defective or in poor condition.
The User has a period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the products to request the return of the products, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and specifying as subject "Total Satisfaction Guarantee". The User must state the order number and the products he wants to return.
The User must return the rest of the units of the product that have not been tasted in perfect condition (not damaged, soiled or opened by the User), properly protected and, ideally, in their original packaging. After verification by REISER3 of the good condition of the products, the refund of the amount corresponding to the units returned within a maximum period of 10 calendar days will be made using the same means of payment that the User used for the initial purchase. This guarantee does not extend to the transportation costs of the return, which will be borne by the User.
For the return of products, the User will use the same method of transport with which REISER3 sends the order object of the return, with the exception that the User, by whatever circumstances, decides to do so directly on our commercial surface in Calaf. (BARCELONA) avoiding, logically, any transport expense.
In the event of a shipping error on the part of REISER3 and the product does not correspond to the one requested by the User or has arrived broken or damaged, the User may proceed to return it without any transport cost.
The product must be returned in perfect condition (for shipping errors) and in the same conditions in which the User received it (in case of damaged products) and in its original packaging.
If the article is reviewed by our employees, we consider that the requirements for the return of the item have been met, we will proceed to return the User the full amount of the purchase within a maximum period of 30 days from the date on which the return is made and with the same payment method with which the User made the purchase.
If the User made the payment of his order through his PayPal customer account and returns it on our commercial surface (previously communicating it following the steps specified in this section), the User must provide any bank card he owns. To proceed to the deposit of the amount of the refund.
If the conditions set for the return are not met and REISER3 does not accept it, the customer service will contact the User anyway, to communicate the reasons for the non-acceptance and for the User to communicate to REISER3 where to send back the order. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the User.
